Bradley Public Library Hosts Autumn Book Sale This October

Bradley, IL – The Friends of the Bradley Public Library are preparing for their highly anticipated autumn book sale, scheduled to take place at the main library branch located at 296 N. Fulton Ave. The event will begin on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and will continue on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

According to the Bradley Public Library, the sale is part of an ongoing effort to raise funds and support library programs. Residents are encouraged to browse a wide variety of materials, which include books with a publication date of 2015 or newer, audiobooks on CD, and a diverse range of educational materials. Organizers note that the event is a great opportunity for community members to browse for new reading materials at reduced costs.

The library is also currently accepting donations from community members looking to downsize their personal collections. Donations are accepted during regular operating hours in the lead-up to the event. The library expressed their appreciation for the continued support from local residents who help maintain these resources.
