Corrections Policy
We take responsibility for our mistakes and fix them quickly and transparently.
1. Report an Error
If you spot an error, email corrections@countryherald.app or use our contact form. Include the article headline, URL, and a description of the issue.
2. We Investigate
Our editorial team reviews every report within 24 hours and verifies the claim against original sources.
3. We Correct & Publish
If an error is confirmed, we update the article and add a correction note at the bottom explaining what was changed and when.
Types of Corrections
Correction: A factual error that changes the meaning of the story. The article is updated and a correction note is added.
Clarification: A story that is technically accurate but unclear. We update the text for clarity.
Update: New information has become available. We add the update and note the change.
