Concord Police Launch Search for Missing Hospital Patient

Concord, NH – The New Hampshire State Police, in coordination with the State Office Complex Police Force and the Concord Police Department, have launched an active search for a patient who eloped from Concord Hospital. The missing individual has been identified as 46-year-old Keri Pagnozzi.

According to state officials, Pagnozzi is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and has gray hair styled in a crew cut. She was last seen in the vicinity of Rum Hill Road. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing a black t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and green sneakers.

Authorities have initiated a wide-scale search of the surrounding area as of Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Law enforcement officers are currently scouring the terrain to locate the patient and ensure her safety.

Although police indicated that Pagnozzi is not currently believed to be a threat to the public, they are urging caution. Anyone who sees a person matching her description or has information regarding her whereabouts is advised to contact local emergency services immediately by dialing 911.
