Fort Wayne Police Arrest 22-Year-Old on Child Exploitation Charges

Fort Wayne, IN – The Fort Wayne Police Department announced the arrest of 22-year-old Phoenix Tsuleff following a months-long investigation. On September 15, 2026, at 08:00 hours, detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 6400 block of Cathedral Oaks Place.

According to police reports, officers initially responded to a disturbance at that location on July 24, 2026. Detective Anthony Shefferly of the Crimes Against Persons Section (CAPS) was assigned to the case, leading to the identification of Tsuleff as a suspect. Several items of evidence were seized during the search conducted this morning.

Tsuleff was taken into custody at his place of employment and subsequently transported to the Allen County Jail. He faces preliminary charges including child solicitation and attempted child exploitation, both level 5 felonies, as well as a class A misdemeanor for inappropriate communication with a child.
