Fulton County, AR Missing Child Advisory Issued for 13-Year-Old


Camp, AR – Arkansas authorities are asking for the public's help Monday in locating a 13-year-old girl reported missing from Camp in Fulton County.
According to Arkansas State Police, a Missing/Endangered Child Advisory has been issued for Joselyn Marie Hancock, 13, who was last seen around noon Sunday, Sept. 27, at 233 Honeysuckle Lane in Camp.
Authorities said Joselyn may be traveling on foot in an unknown direction.
She is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing about 110 pounds, with blonde hair.
Police said she was last seen wearing a white shirt, shorts of an unknown color and carrying a purple backpack.
The advisory did not provide additional details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance or indicate whether authorities believe she may be with another person.
Arkansas State Police are urging anyone who may have seen Joselyn after noon Sunday, or who has information about where she may be, to contact law enforcement as soon as possible.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Fulton County Sheriff's Office at 870-895-2601.
Camp is located in Fulton County in north-central Arkansas, near the Missouri state line.
Authorities have not announced that Joselyn has been located, and the Missing/Endangered Child Advisory remains the basis for the public search information released Monday.
Residents in and around Fulton County are encouraged to remain alert and report possible sightings directly to law enforcement rather than attempting to intervene themselves.
