Deer Collision Suspected in Deadly Motorcycle Crash in Grundy County

Morris, IL - A Morris man died Monday morning in a motorcycle crash on McArdle Road west of Carbon Hill.
The accident occurred around 10:30 a.m. when the operator of the motorcycle struck a deer, according to local authorities. The impact caused the motorcyclist to lose control of the vehicle.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the call. Despite life-saving efforts, the man was pronounced deceased at the location.
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
