Manteno Announces Final Call for Garage Sale Registrations

Manteno, IL – The Manteno Chamber of Commerce has issued a final reminder that late registration for the 28th Annual Manteno Oktoberfest Garage Sale is currently open. Residents interested in having their sales featured on the official event map must complete their applications before the deadline on September 18, 2026.

The garage sale events are scheduled to take place from September 24 through September 27, 2026. To participate, residents must pay a non-refundable $25 registration fee. Applications and payments are required to be dropped off at the Manteno Village Hall.

The Chamber of Commerce stated that the official map is a vital tool for Oktoberfest shoppers to locate sales throughout the community. By registering early, sellers ensure their addresses are included in the promotional materials provided to visitors during the weekend.
