Texas Weather: Warm Temperatures Persist Through Upcoming Week

Fort Worth, TX – Regional residents in North and Central Texas can expect dry conditions and persistent heat as the new week begins, with limited chances for rain.

According to the National Weather Service, the DFW and Waco/Temple/Killeen areas will experience mostly dry conditions as the week progresses. Temperatures in the DFW area are forecasted to remain consistent in the low to mid 90s, while the Waco/Temple/Killeen region will see slightly higher temperatures, ranging from 92 to 96 degrees.

Minimal rain chances, ranging from 20 to 40 percent, are expected during the early days of the week, specifically through Tuesday, September 22, 2026. After that period, the forecast shows predominantly clear and warm weather across the region.
