David M. Holtzman, a leading Alzheimer’s researcher and director of major neurological centers, has received the 2026 Landis Award for Outstanding Mentorship from NINDS. The honor recognizes his mentorship of more than 80 trainees and early-career scientists. His institution will receive $100,000 to support researcher development, highlighting the lasting impact of his work in science and training.
