Hernando County, FL – Authorities have issued an alert regarding a road blockage on the westbound lanes of Powell Road in the vicinity of Chocachatti Elementary School. The obstruction follows a vehicle collision involving a utility pole.

According to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office, the incident has resulted in significant traffic delays. Officials estimate that the roadway will require approximately 30 to 45 minutes to clear as crews work to address the damage and stabilize the scene.
