Northern Michigan Weather Saturday: 83° Highs and Showers North of M-32 Before Drier Days Return

Conditions change Sunday as cooler air settles across the region. Highs will range from 64 to 74 degrees under partly cloudy skies, although a stray shower cannot be ruled out. Most communities should remain dry.

Monday offers the best opportunity for outdoor plans, with mostly sunny skies and highs between 66 and 72 degrees. Residents across Gaylord and communities along the M-32 corridor should see the dry conditions continue into early Tuesday before the next round of rain arrives.

Rain is likely Tuesday as temperatures rebound to between 72 and 78 degrees. By Wednesday, precipitation moves out and partly sunny conditions return, with highs from 68 to 73 degrees.

Drivers should watch for wet pavement during any Saturday showers, especially across far northern Lower Michigan and the eastern Upper Peninsula. After two mainly dry days, rain chances increase again Tuesday.
