Baltimore County, MD Crime: $2,000 Reward Offered for Shooting Tips

Baltimore County, MD – Detectives are seeking information after a 38-year-old man was shot multiple times in Baltimore County, leaving him hospitalized in critical but stable condition.

According to the Baltimore County Police Department, officers responded to a shooting in the 1100 block of Ingleside Avenue at approximately 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13. Officers located the wounded man at the scene.

Police said the victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to an area hospital. Authorities described his condition as critical but stable in their Sept. 13 update.

The shooting is being investigated by detectives with the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit. Police did not identify the victim or announce information about a possible suspect in the update.

The Ingleside Avenue location is in the 21207 ZIP code, west of Baltimore, placing the investigation near communities along the Baltimore City-Baltimore County line.

As detectives continue investigating what led to the shooting, authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Baltimore County Police at 410-887-4636.

Police had not announced an arrest or released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting in the Sept. 13 notice.
